A preorder reserves a unit from an upcoming production batch. Estimated ship dates are our best forecast and may change. We'll email you if your batch moves.
Prices, deposits, and when payment is collected are shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated based on your delivery address.
You can change or cancel your preorder until it enters fulfillment. Cancellations made before then are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Orders ship to supported regions only. If your product arrives damaged or isn't right, contact support within the inspection window so we can arrange a return or replacement.
Products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or unsupported modifications.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date shown above.
